At Texmover, we work to ensure your order is processed and delivered as quickly and safely as possible. Because many of our products are large, heavy, or shipped by freight carriers, please review the following shipping terms carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and delivered within 1–21 business days after payment is received and verified, depending on the product, shipping method, destination, inventory availability, and freight scheduling.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided at checkout.
Shipping Methods
Depending on the product size and destination, orders may be shipped using:
• Standard parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)
• LTL freight carriers for heavy or oversized equipment
• Specialized freight or delivery services when required
Shipping methods are selected based on the product, dimensions, weight, and delivery location.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship only within the continental United States.
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or international destinations.
Certain remote or restricted delivery areas may require additional shipping charges or special freight arrangements.
If additional shipping costs apply to your location, we will contact you before processing the order.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated shipping and delivery times shown on our website or during checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery delays may occur due to:

• Freight carrier scheduling
• High shipping volumes
• Supply chain disruptions
• Incorrect delivery information
• Carrier delays
• Events outside our reasonable control
Texmover is not responsible for shipping delays caused by freight carriers, shipping companies, or external circumstances after an order has shipped.
Freight Deliveries
Large or heavy products may be delivered by freight carrier.
Freight shipments may require:
• Delivery appointments
• Signature confirmation
• Curbside delivery
• Customer assistance for unloading in certain situations
Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accessible for freight trucks and safe delivery conditions.
Please inspect all freight deliveries carefully before signing for the shipment.
If your shipment arrives visibly damaged:
• note the damage on the delivery receipt whenever possible
• take photos of the packaging and product
• contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Failure to report visible freight damage promptly may affect claim eligibility with the shipping carrier.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Additional charges may apply for:
• Liftgate service
• Residential delivery
• Remote delivery locations
• Re-delivery attempts
• Storage fees caused by missed delivery appointments
If additional shipping costs are required after checkout due to incorrect delivery information or special freight requirements, we will contact you before shipping the order.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.
Texmover is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional charges caused by incorrect addresses, phone numbers, or customer information.
If an order has already shipped, address changes may not be possible or may result in additional carrier fees.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include:
• your order number
• photos of the package/product (if applicable)
• a description of the issue
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.
Returns Related to Shipping
Shipping-related returns are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, freight pickup charges, palletizing fees, carrier fees, or restocking fees unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed damaged/defective item.
Unauthorized freight returns or refused deliveries may be subject to additional carrier and restocking fees.
