Texmover provides a limited 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper operation.
Warranty coverage begins on the date the product is delivered to the customer.

What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

• Overloading or improper handling
• Customer-caused damage
• Damage caused during improper transportation or storage after delivery
• Accidents, impacts, drops, or negligence
• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by improper maintenance
• Use outside the product’s intended purpose
• Damage caused by environmental conditions, water exposure, corrosion, chemicals, or natural disasters
• Consumable parts unless defective upon arrival
Products that show signs of misuse, neglect, improper operation, or unauthorized modification may void warranty coverage.
Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, please contact us and include:
• your order number,
• a description of the issue,
• photos or videos showing the problem (if applicable),
• and any other information requested to help evaluate the claim.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Texmover may request additional information, troubleshooting steps, or inspection before approving a warranty claim.
Customers may be responsible for certain shipping or transportation costs associated with warranty service unless otherwise required by law.
Limitation of Warranty
This warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or replacement parts for eligible products as determined by Texmover.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Texmover shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of business, downtime, labor costs, lost profits, or other expenses related to product failure or use.
